The short version
Dale Kowalski started Reliable Flow in 2009 with one used van, a pager he refused to give up, and a promise: answer the phone, show up when you said you would, and charge what you quoted.
Sixteen years later there are four vans, his brother runs the HVAC side, and the pager is finally gone — but the promise hasn't moved an inch. Most of our work still comes from neighbors telling neighbors.
